Lexi Strang, founder of Strang Studio, has always believed that the best spaces are built on craft and collaboration. Growing up as the daughter of a blacksmith and carpenter, she developed a deep appreciation for beautiful things made by hand and for the skill it takes to make something that lasts.
Lexi started her career as an intern in 2016 and has spent nearly a decade working across residential projects in London, most recently as Senior Designer at a House & Garden Top 100 studio. Across her time there she led on numerous projects, with three featured in Elle Decoration, House & Garden, Homes & Gardens and AD France. She studied Interior Design at Chelsea College of Arts, UAL, graduating with a Distinction.
"What has shaped me the most is having the opportunity to spend time with emerging artists, makers and craftspeople. I have a genuine passion for British craft and I always aim to find a way to bring truly unique pieces into every home, pieces that feel personal rather than purchased."
Lexi brings expertise and sensibility to every project, creating distinctive, high-quality spaces that make the most of any budget. She has experience working across a wide range of scales and briefs, bringing the same care and attention to detail to every client regardless of scope.
The studio's approach spans interior design, interior architecture and art. Lexi works with a small number of clients at any one time, so every project receives her full attention and commitment from the first conversation to the final installation. If you are looking to create a home that feels authentic and entirely yours, she would love to hear from you.
